Idaho Regional Ballet

Idaho Regional Ballet Degas by Lisa Moon IRB's first performance with Regional Dance America was in Las Vegas in 2011 and we performed Lisa Moon's Degas. This highly original work was well received and we became full time members of Regional Dance America.

Idaho Regional BalletChoreography by Jason Hartley Senior Company dancer rehearsing a new work by choreographer Jason Hartley. Jason studied at North Carolina School of the Arts and has danced to critical acclaim with the Washington Ballet and Trey McIntyre Project. IRB is thrilled to be working with Jason on his new piece that will be adjudicated in February 2013 for Regional Dance America.

Idaho Regional Ballet The Nutcracker Senior Company dancer in Mirlitons from Idaho Regional Ballet's production of The Nutcracker. Come see Lisa Moon's staging of The Nutcracker this December at Boise State University's SPEC Center. Invited guest professionals from Pacific Northwest Ballet Company and over 100 dancers in the cast.

Regional Dance America Bending Blue Senior Company dancer in Lisa Moon's ballet Bending Blue performed in Montreal May 2012 at Regional Dance America's National Festival. Lisa Moon has been resident choreographer for Idaho Regional Ballet for the past eight years and brings her extensive performing and teaching experience to share with our dancers.

Regional Dance America Benjamin Griffiths' Soiree IRB Senior Company dancers in Benjamn Griffiths' Soiree. This piece will be adjudicated in February 2013 for Regional Dance America / Pacific Festival to be held in Phoenix, AZ in May. Benjamin Griffiths originally trained with Lisa Moon before attending The School of American Ballet, the official school for New York City Ballet.

Idaho Regional Ballet is a pre-professional performing company based in the Treasure Valley. The 2012 - 2013 season will include presentations of works in progress at Informals In the Studio, the holiday favorite The Nutcracker with invited guests from Pacific Northwest Ballet Company, a mixed repertoire evening in the spring at Centennial High School and a trip to Phoenix to perform at Regional Dance America's Festival.
